The Connecticut Tigers have been chosen to host the 2013 NY-Penn League All Star Game at Dodd Stadium in Norwich. This is Dodd Stadium's third Minor League Baseball All Star Game. Previous games were in 2002 and 2007, when Dodd Stadium was a AA facility. It hosted the AA All Star Game in 2002, and later the fog shortened Eastern League All Star Game in 2007. This will be Dodd Stadium's first crack at the NY-Penn League "Summer Classic" since the Connecticut Tigers joined the league in 2010.
